Error code 402When you link to your online bank account, the drop-down list of bank accounts doesn’t appear and an error appears: “We are having some technical difficulties. Please try again (Error 402)”. ReasonsIf your PC, laptop or iPad settings are blocking cookies from other websites, including Sage. If the bank feed can’t link to your online bank account, as it doesn’t recognize your password or security information. Solution
Error code 403ReasonsThis relates to an incompatibility between your online bank and the Bank feed service. It can also happen if there are temporary issues, such as the website pages being very slow. Solution
