Aber es gibt wohl Adapter von Drittanbietern die es dir ermöglichen Tastatur und Maus anzuschließen. Das ist scheinbar momentan ein Trend um bei Egoshootern einen unfairen Vorteil zu bekommen.
Bei Sims wäre das ja egal. Aber ob die Emulation des Adapters gut genug ist, dass es sich halbwegs flüssig anfühlt weiß ich nicht.
Wenn das Spiel nicht nativ das unterstützt (was 99,99% der Konsolenspiele definitiv nicht tun) dann brauchst du den Adapter. Und wie gesagt kann es sich trotzdem beschissen anfühlen.
Warum Konsolen keinen nativen Support für Tastatur und Mäuse haben, kann ich mir nicht erklären. Ergibt für mich absolut keinen Sinn. Die meisten Spiele spielen sich doch schließlich viel angenehmer mit Tastatur und Maus.
Ab sofort kannst du auch auf der Konsole mit Maus und Tastatur spielen. Zudem gibt es asiatische Objekte und Outfits.

Soeben veröffentlichte Electronic Arts ein neues Spiele-Update für Die Sims 4 auf PlayStation 4 und Xbox One. Dieses behebt kleinere Fehler und aktualisiert einige Textur-Probleme.
Vor allem bringt das Update aber auch zwei große Neuerungen:

Künftig bietet euch die Sims 4 dank eines Updates für PS4 und Xbox One komfortablere Eingabemethoden. Statt mit dem Controller könnt ihr die Simulation auf Konsole dank des Patches auch wie auf dem PC mit Maus und Tastatur steuern. Dieser Hardware-Support erleichtert euch das Spiel enorm.
Update 1.14 für die Sims 4 ist für PS4 und Xbox One verfügbar. Der Patch bietet euch alternativ zur Controller-Steuerung die Option, das Spiel mit Maus und Tastatur zu steuern. Da die Simulation eigentlich auf eine PC-Steuerung ausgelegt ist, könnt ihr so euer Spielerlebnis vor dem Fernseher wesentlich komfortabler gestalten, schneller durchs Menü navigieren und erspart euch umständliche Controller-Eingaben.

The Xbox One officially supports keyboard and mouse controls across several different games, and before you begin playing The Sims 4 with your peripherals, you need to get them properly connected to the console.

Enabling keyboard and mouse controls for the PS4 version of The Sims 4 is almost identical, but setting names are slightly different than they are on Xbox One.
Plug your keyboard and mouse into your PlayStation 4’s USB ports. You’ll see that there are a couple of them located on the front of the console, which should make it a bit more accessible than on the Xbox One. After this, navigate to the “Settings” screen from the home page and click “Devices.”
Once you arrive at this page, you’ll notice a list of various possible device types. Most likely, you’ll want to modify the “Mouse” and “External Keyboard” options. When you’re working with the “Mouse” option, you can adjust your type from right-handed to left-handed, and you can change the pointer speed between slow, normal, and fast.
After you complete the update, load up The Sims 4 and hold the X button down on your controller while you’re on the main menu. From here, you can easily use your mouse’s cursor to select the specific options you want to pick in your game. You can also do this throughout the beginning personalization process.
